Web Ring Application
Forget about the old procedure (see below), Yahoo! has changed it all!
Please use
this general application form to submit your site URL to the Latin Dance coordinator.
Occasionally, I will make this more convenient - my apologies for the interim pathway!
Pre-Yahoo! Application Procedure (outdated)
Here's an overview how to do it (you will be led through the details).
First, check the Charta below which forms our common ground.
If you feel comfortable with it, submit your
application form.
Your site will be reviewed to see whether it fulfils the above admission
criteria. At the same time, a mail is sent to the applicant's address
indicated. If the site does not meet the criteria, your subscription will be
cancelled. In this case you may re-apply for a spot in the Latin Dance Ring at any time.
If your site is OK, you have 10 days time (from submission date) for copying
the Latin Dance Ring HTML code on your page and
asking the Latin Dance Team to move you from the application queue
to the Latin Dance Ring.
After this time without any activity, your subscription will be automatically
cancelled from the queue and you have to submit your data again.
The Latin Dance Web ring Charta
To be eligible for this ring, the following must apply to your site:
- your site contains Latin-American dance and music topics
with attractive, interesting, unique, original and appealing content.
- your site does NOT contain
material which offends any race, ethnic group, religion, or belief;
'anti' or derogatory material;
XXX or adult material.
If you agree to adhere to the Latin Dance Charta, then feel cordially invited
to proceed by filling in your coordinates:
