About Latin Dance

Most important things first: Your PC cannot get infected from Latin Dance by Microsoft-based worms and viruses such as Code Red and NIMDA. Why? Because Latin Dance does not use any scripting (such as JavaScript), and does not run on a Microsoft Web server - what you get is pure HTML, coming from a Linux/Apache environment! So if you want feel free to turn of Java and JavaScript, and nevertheless get all the gory details.

Likewise, this should make it easier to get it straight on a large variety of Web browsers ... KISS (keep it simple and stupid) is my motto, although not necessarily always limited to only this underlying meaning :-)

Should you incur problems while looking at these pages, please drop me a note and I'll try to fix it!

One problem that probably you never get over is the large variety of screen resolution. I liked to think I had made Latin Dance immune against that, until I tried a public airport Web terminal with less than VGA resolution (maybe 300x400). My apologies if it does not display perfectly on your screen.

(*)     Well, I try to be serious and count only real visitors - search engines are factored out from the statistics as far as possible. But it's just annoying to add a new robot to the skip list every other day... Therefore, maybe the number of sessions gives the best view. Not too bad anyway: about 500 sessions (!) per day!
